I've had my Z2 for about 3 weeks, and now this is happening. When I first got the phone it was obviously fine, a few days later I updated the firmware with PC Companion. And it was good for about another week. But since today the phone keeps restarting over and over, I can't even get the time to power it down.
Why is this happening?
Any other way to fix the problem?
It is restarting...
I cannot connect it to the computer, how can I update or repair?!
PC Companion DOES NOT WORK. My phone starts restarting itself as soon as it turns on. It is IMPOSSIBLE to connect it to PC Companion. You should know this basic thing . Even when my phone was working fine and I tried to connect it to PC Companion, it litterally took me hours because it couldn't detect my phone. Please stop suggesting this method. IT DOESN'T WORK
Re: My phone keeps restarting over and over and over...
Hi,
Even i was facing same problem, searched all over but couldn't get a proper solution.
Some say Re-insert your sim Card and Some Say put up a paper behind battery, but nothing worked. Finally i found up my own solution which worked out!!
1. First, remove phone Battery. ( This will make phone Switch off).
2. Put Back Battery and back cover. Now start up your phone in safe mode. I did it by pressing (Volume Down+Power Up + HomeButton).
3. Once in Safe Mode, goto Settings-->Backup&reset-->Settings reset ( proceed with Ok).
4. Done, now restart your phone. It's finished.
In my case i suspect "bluetooth driver" getting corrupted. By doing reset it made this off. The moment i made by bluetooth "ON" phone went recursively "Rebooting" again. Again followed above steps this prevented Rebooting.
