My phone keeps restarting over and over and over...

I've had my Z2 for about 3 weeks, and now this is happening. When I first got the phone it was obviously fine, a few days later I updated the firmware with PC Companion. And it was good for about another week. But since today the phone keeps restarting over and over, I can't even get the time to power it down.

Why is this happening?

Does not play back sound and does not play YouTube videos

I bought this phone February 2019 at Let's Talk cellular in my country. In the first few days had a problem with the sim tray which was damaged due to putting in the sim card. I carried it back and they took 4 months to fix it because they had to order the part from away. I got it back and after a few days it starts rebooting randomly. Honestly,  I'm disappointed and literally fed up. With or without the sim card it randomly reboots

I completely feel you. Same happening here. Been reaching them since June and they keep refusing to have it sent back and send me to the software repair which never works.. They are well aware of the issue but seems to not really care. To bad, I used to be a big fan of the brand, but 2 phones in less than 6 months with different issues... Never was so disappointed by a company... It is way to expensive for a phone that never work. Let me know please if you ever found a solution.
