Update For Sony Xperia Z 4.2

I Just Buy right now this mobile '' Sony Xperia Z "

I Found An update '' 4.1.2 " .. I Already update it ..

after that i try to find Update 4.2 But i didn't find any where '' Sony PC Companion 2.1 " & " Sony Update Service "

Im In '' Saudi Arabia ''

What i have to do to update my phone to this version 4.2?

And what about update Version 4.3 ?

1) you have to wait for 4.2.2 to be approved and released in your country and/or carrier, also keep in mind that if you bought the phone on another country you have to wait for the update to be approved and released in that country.

2) 4.3 will be available for the Xperia Z series, Tablet Z and SP but there aren't any dates as of now.

I bought this phone last week model c6603. I'm from a private phone shop in Sr Lanka. And in every site i see they updated their phones to 4.2 in July but my phone is still at 4.1.2 and say my firmware is up to date. 4.2 is still not available. 

Is there a way to update mannually without rooting? It is frustrating that such a good phone doesn't even have android 4.2
