Blank screen while booting

~Hey guys, I got this phone today, and its amazing BUT

While booting it hangs on a blank lit up screen when its meant to say sony and after some time it then goes to the Xperia Logo and then the boot animation, anyone have any tips?

Force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

It did but my wifi wont pick up my network but all others fine, any other tips?
