Contact transfer between xperia arc s and Z1

Hi,

I am trying to transfer GROUP Contact from my Arc s to my Z1 but this seems impossible from every effort so far.

I can transfer contact no problem but the tranfers does or will not take the Groups and since the Groups number are not in the main contact list they are left behind....unlike the Z1 if you make a group and add someone from your contatcts to that group their details still remain in the contact list the Arc has not done this...

Kind of lost any help

What methods have you tried for transferring the contacts, for example SIM import, SD Card import, Contacts setup/Xperia Transfer?

Hi,

I have tried to sim and sd then onto computer these all work but leave groups behind, I dont see anywhere that I can tag the group folder or group members to make sure they transfer.

Unfortunately it appears you are correct as I have just replicated this. At this stage I unfortunately I do not see a way around this.
