Xperia z wont start

My Xperia z wont start because I mistakenly unplugged it while it was updating and now I can't charge it nor it starts and if I switch on , it says the update failed and I can't even charge it or operate it , how can I operate it? 

plzz help me I bought it yesterday.

Connect the phone to wall charger,charge for 1 hour.Force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).
