Stereo sound/Volume issue

Hi.

I just can't find anyone who has the same problem. When I listen to music, first off its really annoying how the phone itself decides to lower and increase the volume whenever it wants. It bugs the **bleep** out of me. And the volume is terrible, its like 2/3 volume on my Samsung GS3. Second issue is worse. Its different everytime, sometimes its after 10 minutes or an hour, the stereo sound gets weird. The right earphone has lower volume and the overall volume gets compromized. And all of a sudden it feels like the music is playing in the back of my head. I checked the cable and it is not the problem. I tried other earphones and it doesnt make a difference. I have now ordered Shure SE215 and I want this to work before I get them.

Thank you
Alex

did you compare the jack connector of yours with them from your friend? about how you describe the problem... I think the issue is exactly there. Watch the state of the "3 lines" of the connector for example.

They were mixed. Two had 3 rings and one had 2 rings.

Even so, I am using the Sony headset, so why would the lines be a problem at all?

The problem can be simply like yours is a "bad sample"... as they were answering to you before, give it back to who sold to you (substitution) or to Sony support to fix it
