sony xperia z1 C6903 closed

Hi. my sony xperia z1 closed suddenly .  battery was 30% and after that i tried to open xperia z1 but it didnt open yet. it didnt drop or it didnt close when it is in water. when screen was black my walkman was continued. but after that i couldnt open xperia. please help.

Connect to wall charger,charge for 1-2 hours,repair phone software with sony update service.Before this,try forced restart,it may work(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

thank it is ok now.  but i didnt understand why did it close? now should i repair software..

Software glitch,maybe an app acting up.
