Problems to update my Italian Xperia Z1 (C6903 Model) to Jelly Bean 4.3

Hi all,

Last week Jelly Bean 4.3 update was released in Italy for Xperia Z1. A lot of people have downloaded this update, but I can't: I tried with OTA, with PC Companion and also with "Sony Update Service". I still have Jelly Bean 4.2.2, and I don't know if it is normal or not. I have also formatted my Xperia Z1 (C6903 Model) and downloaded the "last" firmware with "Update Service" program, but nothing to do: Update Service installed again android 4.2.2.

Does anyone have any suggestions for this problem?
