My power button, volume button, and shutter button sometime doesn't work

I just bought an xperia z5 premium.
Is the hardware or software problem?
I don't know
Sometimes the fingerprints undetected. (fingerprints hardware not available) and volume button and the shutter button cannot work/press
Did you guys have the problem?

I am so mad at myself right now. I own the Gold Z5 Prem for a month, it decomposes its ffc for that lower control board, even though there is not a scratch on it. Sony says no help, I'm on my own. So what do I do, I go look at the XZ Prem. I must actually be a total pushover. 

"well my five hundred dollar phone self destructed in a month, better go spend $800 on the newer version"

What is wrong with me.

Good news is, Sony, you are on your own.
I have a solution. I have so many broken XPERIAs I am actually going to start fixing them. I am also going to add external antenna ports and stuff like that, perhaps build int magnet charge on Z5 or a coil pick up.

Nah it is all good. I am going to add external antenna port, and maybe an induction charger to this thing. I am also going to fix up my old Z ultras, I have a pile of them.

Sony is not interested in speaking with my about a warranty at all. THey suggested that I go to Malaysia to get it fixed.

Hi, along the same lines as the loss of ability to have the power button, volume button, and shutter button do their jobs; the best I can achieve is the reset the cell phone, I cannot turn the phone OFF!

I am going to do some practice surgery on my old XPERIA phones then move to the Z5 Premium to fix it up.

It also worked for me! I pressed moderately the back part near the encircled portion of the picture above. Sony, I got my phone for only 4 mos. Clearly this is a design issue and Sony needs to correct this.

I just dropped my Z5 Premium by mistake when walking down the stairs and now the power button won't work like I can't shut it down or restart it says finger print software isn't available and the volume buttons at the side are the same they won't do anything and the camera button also load speaker doesn't work. Any help and leaving it for some time will help? And I do feel and see I difference in the touch screen actions and it seems to warm up fast
