Could you be more specific? Do you get any error messages? If yes, what does it say and when do you get the message?
Have you tried to clear data for the movies application? If not, go to Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Movies > Clear data. Restart your unit and try again.
Should the problem persist, a repair via Update Service would be recommended:
