Can anyone help me get into my phone? Apparently prey is a security app and is notoriously hard to remove, however, it should not be imposiible. I tried to remove the app from my phone and then online on their control panel, this was not a good move as it now has locked my phone and will not recognise the password as i have deleted the phone profile from there control panel.
I have tried a soft and hard start to no avail?
Anyone........please
Nathan

you have 2 options
1) keep trying to remember the password
or
2) repair your phone with SUS, this will delete everything on the phone except for pictures, videos and/or music
