So xplain to me how I dropped my 6 year old Samsung of 3 stories and it's shared bug worked yet I put my Sony z3 in my pockeg take it out there's a crack and my screen is better Sony get your togheder

I'm sorry to hear about the issue, it seems that you might want to consider using protective cases, as for repairing the phone this is what I would do 

first, get an USB OTG cable, connect a mouse to your phone > restart the phone > then you can use the mouse to backup your phone 

second, buy a screen replacement and double sided tape that goes with it, there are myriad videos/guides online on how to teardown the phone, it's simple.

Just so you know I am the person who asked the question I just lost my acc anyway I had a case and a screen protector on and I would understand it wasn't working if the digitizer was cracked but the normal screen cracked while I had a temperd glass screen protector and as for the repair if a phone breaks in my pocket it goes in the bin I have switced to Samsung as I had one before I stopped it down 2 flights of concorete stars it was smashed and bits falling of but it still worked

I had a case on thanks but its not getting repaired i swiched to samsung also once the phone touch screen is goosed anyway i therw it at the floor and it didnt crack ive done this about 5 times and it didnt crack ao its clearly a design fault
