Hi @Hajmy, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about your device. Slightly_frowning_Face

There is a guide here at our forum that I wrote a while back on how to enable USB debugging and force the phone to use MTP mode so you can connect it to a computer and transfer your pictures / create a backup. You can find it at the link below!

Let me know if that helps! Slightly_smiling_Face

Hi there!

I challenge you to go to the next level:
My phone is in same conditions, broken screen, (touch doesn't work) but visible, USB debugging disabled and OTG disabled too (or at least it doesn't work for me, not even after rebooting).

Is there any way to take control of the phone at this point? (the rest of it works perfectly).

I've tried some adb things, but no luck without debugging enabled. Any ideas? As far as I know, there is no recovery interface on my Z5 Compact by default, so chances become less I think.

Thank you in advance!

Hi @agro, sorry to hear about your phone. Slightly_frowning_Face

Have you tried with a different OTG cable/adapter, or a different mouse? Just to make sure that either of them is not the cause of the phone not detecting the mouse so you can operate the screen with the mouse.

You are correct that there is no recovery menu / interface in our Xperia devices and without having USB debugging enabled and forcing the device to MTP mode, you will not be able to access the internal storage using a computer. Slightly_frowning_Face

Let me know how it works with another mouse / cable/adapter!
