Heart rate sensor

hello There, i bought the  xperia Z1because off its ipx features and to use it as a heartrate monitor during sports. as I used to do with my samsung galaxy S2. however the bluetooth heartrate sensor doesn't function on the xperia Z1.

does anyone know if it is a common problem withe the software or is it a hardware problem.

( by the way, it is a heartrate sensor from ZEPHYR)

Make sure that your sport/fitness application supports ANT+. For instance sport/fitness apps like Endomondo, SportyPal, iMapMyRun, Google Mytracks and so on supports ANT+.
