Broken Display Z5 Dual.

Hello,

Display is broken on my Z5 Dual.

The Unlock-Pattern is activated and denies any success to the internal data-storage. Access via OTG-Cable is not possible.

Is there any way to safe my data without changing the Display (= more expensive than a new Z5 from the Discounter).

I'm afraid there isn't a way to do so

Perhaps whenever you get the display replaced asked them NOT to reset / flash the phone.

Hi @rawie22, sorry to hear about what has happened.

How broken is the display and do you know if the touch is still working? If the touch is working but the display isn't turning on, but the phone is turning on, you should with the help of a HDMI/MHL adapter be able to connect the device to a TV or similar and unlock it by following the dots for your pattern lock and then transfer the data to a SD card or a cloud service.
