Xperia XA Ultra can't connect to mobile data

Hello I just bought a brand new XA Ultra (model # F3213)

i have service of LTE network/3G, but no matter how i tried, the phone just cannot connect to either LTE or 3G network.

Sony expert, pls HELP!

LTE band 2(1900), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 12(700), 13(700), 17(700), 28(700) - F3213

yes, the carrier LTE network has band 4 (1700mhz) and band 7 (2600 mhz), which Xperia XA Ultra support

How old is the SIM card?

Do you have the correct APN settings?

In some carrier networks require to add the IMEI number of your device to their database

Ok, later on i switched to another carrier and it works perfect.

i guess i didn't pick the right carrier at the first place.
