Hi @Adyt1,
Welcome to the community.
Your phone will heat up under normal use as the processor is working hard. The more resource intense the application is, the more it will warm up.
Your phone has a safety built in where it will shut down if it gets too warm so that it will not overheat.
Why do you have 2 accounts?
Back to your issue, could you boot in >>> safe mode for few hours?
Also, keep in mind that even if you have downloaded 2-3 apps but those are heavy hardware intense apps/games it will heat up the phone.
The phone won't overheat, it will shutdown whenever it gets too hot.
It's not about the amount of apps you have on the phone but the power the apps that you do have need to run. A 3D game for example will cause your phone to warm up more than an internet browser, for example.
Please do try Uliwooly's suggestion as it can help identify where the issue is, if there is one.
