Overheating and Drain Battery

I updated my Xperia XA two weeks ago, and the phone worked good til' yesterday.

I was charging it and from one moment to another it turned off... I though it was freezed, red LED appear in the top but the phone wasn't doing anything, I tried to restart it, keep volume up+ power on/off but nothing... I removed the back and un-plug the battery, after a few tries it turned on again... And the troubles begined... I charged it but from 92% after 10 minutes was 85% discharging with anything... and the phoned gets so warm, I can't connect it to charge cause it don't do anything, just turned off, and can't use it because gets so warm in the top. What can it be? Help! 

Edit: If I charge it without the battery, still warms up

I just did it, but still the same, I leave it for 5 minutos in 92% and goes to 88% 

Also, its so warm...

Temperature will have an effect on battery life, check what is draining the battery

Now, the phone it's warm even turned off, and in the battery monitor: shows that the screen is drainning 95% of battery...

It's plugged-in to charger but still drains a lot of battery

Hi @ShinoAmakusa, welcome to the community.

Do you have the same issues in safe mode? You can check the battery usage under Settings > Battery > Show Battery usage.

1:I'm chargin' it but stills in 64%

2: Both in safe mode and normal, just shows the screen usage, not other processes.

3: I put the phone in the freezer, and when it got cold, I charge it, and it works, the phone charge, but afer 3 minutes when got warm again, it drain the battery even plugged.

I see. Because the software repair hasn't resolved this, and the issue is the same in safe mode, then I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange a repair assessment.
