Hello @thoney,
Welcome to the community!
Just to clarify, "2k17" is one of your downloaded apps? I'm afraid that not all applications can be transferred to your SD-card, it is completely up to the applications developer if it can be transferred to an SD-card or not.
If it can be transferred you can do so under Settings > Apps > Press an app > Storage > If there is an option to Change from Internal to External storage here it's possible to transfer the application to your SD-card.
I would recommend that you contact the developer of this app to see if it will be possible to transfer it to an SD-card in the future. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions!

Without root you can't trasfer Nba 2K17 app to SD Card Data files how i know must be in phone memory too And it doesn't matter which Xperia model you have, the same is in Xperia C5 Ultra Dual too. Some apps imposible without root to transfer in the SD Card Coz can work incorrectly these apps like Kaspersky Internet Security for Android, must be in phone memory, some apps like Wikipedia after transfer to SD Card losing widget feature and ect.
