When I select home/display & sound/screen. All the options are greyed out. (see picture attached).  I'm sure at one point they were adjustable. Now I have no ability to change anything and I get the message "feature not available" if I click on anything.

Can someone tell me why this is the case and if there is any scenario where these options become available? My Hdmi 2 is my virgin TV box
