the touchscreen on my laptop stops working minutes after i turn on my laptop!!!! I called the support team and did everything they said but the problem is still there!! sony should fix this, I see I'm not the only one experiencing this issue! you finally managed to fix thermal management issues but now the touchscreen doesn't work. I don't want to have to send this back because it's the second one i get and i was really thinking this one was perfect.
