TXT pro sound issue

I've got SE txt pro like 3days ago, every thing is good. Actually it's swell and got no problems at all but only the sound of speakers is pretty low I barely hear its sound when some one calls me, and outdoors I only feel the vibration of it...For the music player it's good and easy to use but the same problem sound is poor, and it goes up when I plug in the headphone and decrease/increase the volume and plugging out the headphone, please how can I fix this glich?

And if there's anyway to delay locking the screen, would you tell me how?

You will need to see if you can compare your phone to an identical device to check if the sound is normal or yours is in fact defective.

As for the locking, no you cannot delay it.
