Question: DAV-F200, error playing DVD

My DAV-F200 returns the error message: 'C:13:71 - The disc is dirty' when inserting any DVD-disc. CD-discs are playing without problems.

Having cleaned the DVD-discs manually and also tried to clean the video reading head by inserting 'DVD Laser Lens Cleaner', returns the same error message: 'C:13:71 - The disc is dirty'!

Appreciate any suggestions please!

Could you inform me what is the specific model of the laser head and their circuits to buy because I have "khm-313CAB" and the same problem with it, but i think this is the whole disk reader model as I see in a little text, Isn`t it?. Thank you!.
