Missing play button on BBC iplayer

I used to be able to catchup on BBC programmes via iplayer on my Sony BDV-E880 player but the play button has gone missing and it no longer works.  Can anyone help?

Hi, Have you tried updating the firmware and running a factory reset? This usually clears issues like this.
