I can’t get any programs on itv hub to play,when I click on the program it’s plays the first few adverts then I get a message saying there was a problem viewing my video.any help is much appreciated 👍🏼

Yes its up to date,dnt get why it plays the first few adverts then when the program is about to start it says there is a problem playing my show 🤷🏽‍♂️It’s getting very frustrating lol
