Sony - whre are the software fixes?

PRS-T1 persistent problems with Windows 7 & Sony e Reader software all over the net and no answers from Sony - last software upgarde available Feb 2012 - Why is Sony letting its customers down so badly ?

been looking at the many updates to kobo readers. they are cheaper and seem to recieve better updates. i dont think sony will do anything more to t1 as there is a new t2 in the works to be released in september. i dont know why i bother with sony. i  use calibre as the sony software is so full of bugs and slow.

Let me just add up to it. I've been having this dilemma for such a long time and I just can't get out of it. I guess I have to look for a better reader instead.
