My Sony Xperia x5 has a small amount of storage left. I have installed a sd card and it still shows limited storage. How do you transfer data to new sd card

Hi @Tomjones1, welcome to our forum!

You can transfer data to the SD card if you follow the instructions below.

1. Find and tap Settings > Storage & memory > Transfer data.
2. Mark the file types that you want to transfer to the memory card.
3. Tap Transfer.

If applications do not show up in the list of available content that can be transferred to the SD card, you will need to do it manually.

1. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
2. Tap an app that you want to move to the memory card. Note! Only some apps can be moved to a memory card.
3. Tap Storage.
4. If the app supports changing where it's stored, a CHANGE button appears. Tap CHANGE.
5. Tap SD Card > MOVE.
