Recently bought this TV which I love. We had SKY HD and the sony remote worked fine. Just got SKY Q and the TV remote wont work anymore. Can anyone help or is SKY Q incompatible?. Thanks.
Try disabling Bravia Sync on the TV and the equivalent option on the SKY Q, power both of them off for a few minutes and try again. That usually works.
