Probably not the right place to do this, but customer contact does not react.
In Belgium there is a promotion by which you can claim a free headphone when you buy an XPERIA 10 VI.
Unfortunately the online form does not work and claim is not possible: claim has to be made between 15/05/2025 (twenty five) and 16/06/2024.. And therefore it gives an error message..
Could someone correct ? And extend the period..

We are currently looking into this.
The period mentioned in the attached picture (15 May 2024 - 16 June 2024} is the purchase period and not the claim period. Customers have to wait 30 days before submitting the claim, that's why the page is giving an error as the claim period should start on 14 June 2024 to 16 August 2024.
