The camera in Xperia 1 has focus issues with the latest software update.

Even had my first phone changed out and the new one got camera focusing issues with latest software and i have contacted the Sony Mobile support team about it. 

I have to say this!

IF you are gonna give feedback that Sony Mobile can USE don´t write here, contact the support through their website, email or call them, this is only a user based forum and nothing else. 

The technical support team needs to get reports about bugs and such reported to them directly. 

I´m saying this to make things more clear so that we all can get the best experiance from our Xperia 1 going forward.

I am afraid that some of the information in your post is a bit untrue. As you mention, this is a user based support forum, but us support agents are monitoring this support forum on a daily basis just as we do on the local channels such as calls, Email or chat support.

We always make sure that feedback or eventual bugs are forwarded to the concerned departments and we always try to help out and answer questions as best as we can here as well.

However, market specific questions such as questions regarding service, consumer laws and acessibility to specific models etc. are often best answered by the local support teams.
