I am afraid that side sense will automatically shut off during incoming and outgoing calls. There are a few cases where side sense is automatically disabled.
- When using the device in landscape view.
- When Glove mode is on.
- When Ultra STAMINA mode is activated.
- During incoming or outgoing calls.
