wireless Earbuds: music playing only in ONE ear bud (right or left)

Hi! I have troubles with my phone. I bought wireless earbuds jaybird vista. I paired them with mobile. I upgraded earbuds via jaybird app. Both are connected to the phone, i can switch music with both earbuds. But music is only in ONE of earbuds, left or right. There in the store i connected earbuds to 3 another devices (samsung mobile, honour mobile and asus pc). They worked as expected. But not with my mobile. I even tryed another earbuds from another brend and the same problem, only ONE is playing music on my phone. What do i do? Is my bluetooth 4,2 is totaly wrong? Should i expect some upgrade for my phone that will fix this problem? Thank for any help

Hi,

It looks like the issue is with your phone as the jaybird Vista works well with other phones. Try to enter developer mode in your phone and check if there are extra settings that you can edit.

To enter into Developer mode on Sony Xperia, you need to go to Settings > About phone and tap Build number seven times until you see a prompt message saying you are a developer

Good luck!

There should be more configurations in the settings menu under developers mode. Check if there are any configurations you can set for Bluetooth audio streaming.

Sorry I don't have a Sony phone so I don't know what options are available.

You will find a tab that says developers options under the system menu. In the developer options there should be a list of items you can configure.

As mentioned I don't have a Sony phone so I just watch YouTube trying to visualize what you will see in the menu.
