[RESOLVED] troubles on using

Hello, I buy a Xperia Z1 few months ago, but now I had a mistake message which appears anytime saying "Erreur de lecture. Veuillez réessayer" ("reading error, please try again" in English) and it vibers and make a sound. I have changed my phone four times, but this trouble persists. Anyone knows what is the cause of this trouble, and/or what can I do ? Thanks for your answers
