Red colored spot in my sim tray

Is it normal that there is a red dot in the sim tray area of my phone?

The phone has never been in contact with water so i wonder, what this red indicator means, because i've read something about water indicator in the three slots. All other slots are fine and have nothing colored in them.

Just FYI that red dot is your hard reset button
