Media Go and Windows 7- transfer time

Hi there,

I am new to this and  I very much feel like anyone in Douglas Adams.

Anyways- I am used to an ipod . normally, I would asume, it would not be taking that long a time to transfer data onto the phone- x peria z 1- ( its mostly music) : an album of 13 songs takes up to 30 minutes! that 's incredible-ly slow!

Am I doing st wrong with asking the softwar to do it, should I try finding a smarter way?

Kind regards,

"don't panic"

That doesn't sound right at all, try a different USB port, is it USB 2.0 or 3.0 ?

yes, it is a USB 2.0 slot. the data has been changed into a different format a few days ago, but then again, i have a lot of more things than i wanted to on my phone now. you mind telling me what one does if one uses that software?
