There is two ways to reset your device if you have forgotten your screen lock. You can either choose to use the erase-function in Googles service called Find My Device or you can do a software repair using Xperia Companion and a computer.
If you decide to do a software repair, keep in mind that since you cannot access the phone, you will need to start the repair without the phone plugged in to the computer and mark the checkbox named "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3". Another thing to keep in mind is that bot these measures will erase all user data from the phone.
