Annoying mobile data notification still appears every time when screen is locked. The bug is present from the beginning and Sony says that update will fix the bug but not. I have latest software available (from last week).
Please, Sony, be honest and just answer on question, will be this bug ever fixed? Just say YES or NO?
There is another topic about this bug and is marked as solved, but is not! Because of that, I open a new topic, because i just want an answer, why Sony not fix this bug?
Its not a bug , mobile data notification appears when you don't use Data connection , I hope Sony remove this Annoying notification when don't use data connection
I have the last version and I continue with the problem:
All mornings, when I start up the phone appers the notification... When I activate "airplane mode" and deactivate "airplane mode" appers the notification... Even when the phone lost coverage and find again coverage the notification apper again...
Hi @SkyEye,
Could you elaborate on which specific notification you are referring to? Could you perhaps provide a screenshot so that I have a better understanding of what the message is.
Let me know some more details and I'll do my best to assist you.
Like victor91r says, the bug is still here when the mobile data is OFF. I understand that MOBILE DATA IS OFF notification appears once when I disable the mobile data, but notification appears more than 10-times per day, it is really annoying.
If I disable the mobile data and don't want to use it whole day, I don't need the notification every hour says that mobile data is disabled, because I know. Please fix it.
PS: If you delete my topic and move the content here, please unmark this topic as 'solved', because it's not.
And nothing from Sony.. Please, be honest and just answer on question, will be this bug ever fixed?
I have this issue on my Xperia XA and it's so annoying. I hope they give us a comprehensive update to get rid of all these problems.
Hi all, I'm sorry to hear that you still experience this. I have forwarded this internally again and will let you know when I hear something back.
