Hello! in the new firmware xperia xa ultra (111) not fixed a bug in the application incallui.apk . constantly appears notification on / off data. Even when you switch the flight mode , 4g or just the device is lost or find network.
Actually, the problem is that when the phone is turning off, the "allow peeking" in "Phone services" app (and also in "Phone" app) will turn itself / themselves on. That's why when you restart the phone you see it there.
