Hi! I have a Sony Bravia XR-65A80K model Bravia 4k VH21 running android os version 10 and we cannot find Disney+ in the Google play store. I tried through the browser but when I try to press the install button it’s grey and won’t let me press as it’s not available. I have it installed on my other tv which is a Samsung so I know it’s not a regional thing. Please does anyone know how to help.

Hi @Cattyiom83, where exactly are you located? What is the current version of the software? Is it v6.7283? Have you tried restarting the TV from the mains?

Also, are you able to download any other apps from the Google Play Store? or does this happen with all apps?
