Wf1000xm3 wont flash blue

Just got some sony wf1000xm3 supposedly new and the left bud won't flash blue to connect via Bluetooth..only stays on red when in case and nothing when removed from case...tried reset but that wont work either so wont connect to my phone (s10e) via Bluetooth...any help please ?

Take/send them back where you got them from and ask for a working pair.

Sounds like a DOA "Dead on Arrival", I agree with @royabrown2 ^^

That said, it might be worth trying a reset beforehand.
