NWZ-E445 sony walkman gone white screen any ideas?

My walkman has gone white screen & I've lost all the icons is there a method for fixing it? I can see the files when it's connected to the computer. Thanks.

Absolutely the same problem with my NWZ-E445. Have written an email to SONY support but no reply yet. A reaction here will be much appreciated.
