Sony KDL 42w805 - no Netflix, iPlayer etc

Just got me new TV and happy with it, other than I am missing lots of apps like Netflix, iPlayer etc.

I have updated the firmware the refresh internet content but nothing, the number of apps I have stays the same with only Crackle, a few Sony apps plus YouTube.

Any ideas as I really want Netflix in particular.

Odd -  should all be there. Assume you are in the UK right?

Can you actually unplug your modem and also the TV for a minute and the reconnect them both. This should force them to re-sync with the ISP and servers when you refresh content. Confident this a temporary network related glitch which is very fixable..
