XQ-BT52 video volume poor

Hi there, 

I have the media volume set to full on my phone, when playing media videos from YouTube and other sources I cannot really hear the sound. Anyone else have this issue? Or can advise how to resolve it

Does that happen with all content that you try to watch or listen to?

Also, does it affect phone calls?
