why after turning on,then at the status bar got a "e" logo..then it started to cost money...how to deactivate it?wat should i do to make sure that it wont cost money?

It activates your EDGE connection and some application uses data in backgrond so you get charged for that!
Either don't activate(switch ON) data connection or get a good GPRS/3G(preferably unlimited) plan!

on the homescreen press MENU -> Add -> widget -> data traffic tap it to turn off data so it won't cost you anything
or on the homescreen -> long press anywhere on an empty area -> widget -> data traffic
