Hello. I am having a problem with BBC iplayer on my Blu Ray Player. I have searched boards and found similar problems. But not the same sadly!
All of a sudden, iplayer and news apps won't load. I have tried everything. Chatted to BBC support who said I should clear cookies/cache. I have looked everywhere but can't find anything in Settings/Options that enables this. Nothing in my user manual to help. Nothing on internet. All other apps load perfectly well, just the beeb that won't.
Any suggestions? I know what I know, but I'm not tech-savvy to the extent most of you seem to be, so please be gentle...
