The day after registering my new Sony DVD player on sony-europe.com I received a text on my personal mobile from +44******* telling me I had won $1 million and to send code ****** with my personal details to ****************. Clearly the Sony web security has been hacked and I would recommend nobody to register any Sony product on the Sony-europe web site. I have posted this here becasue the Sony web site seems to have no place to make such serious complaints. I shall be reporting this to the Information Commissioner at [email protected]
