Sony cashback - no payment received

Hi 

has anybody experienced problems getting the cashback. I received a mail saying payment due in 5 days but that was 3 months ago! Theres no e mail address to reply to.................

I checked with Support and they told me the following:

the claim was confirmed to be delivered on 21/11/2017. Please check your bank statement 4 days before and after this date, for transactions from "WorldPay" or "LinkNetwork".

Same, received email stating payment would be in my bank within 5 days still waiting. This is not good service from Sony. My TV was purchased on 22nd December still not payment 2 months later

Hi @Roobster,

according to the documentation of the support the cashback was validated on the 25th of February and the transaction will be made by an automated system within 28 days.

The transaction will be from "World Pay" or "Link Network".

If the cashback money is not transferred by the end of next week, please get back to me.

Big mess with this kind of promotions 

1 Long time to recive back many

2 no clear and easy to make claim

3 TIME!!

4 my confirmation email ( after 1,5 month ! ) belong wrong link to check my claim status LOL WOW !!! great game !!! nice to Sony nahhhhhh I change my opinion about Sony .. It's terrible IT service or very foxy 😞
