My autistic son has a playstation and has used all his pocket money over the past 6 years purchasing items for his playstation. He has now been locked out of his account as the 2 step verification is not working. I have tried and tried your online chat but he can't log into this as the verification isn't working. I have emailed all the support lines but they are all unmonitored and send me back to the website. I have spent ten hours at this stage going round and round and round and round. 

I am ahppy to supply all details required to get this sorted but I just need to speak to a live person!!!!!!
