prst-1 to prst-2 update ?

I'm wondering... Is or will it be possible to update the PRST-1 with the PRST-2 firmware ?

I'd say no, not likely. Sony have never released firmware updates to old reader models.

No - however, there is an update for R4PC (Reader 4 PC) available for 350/650 & T1 on each model support page (use tolbar above here) - but this is for your PC operating system.
